The team at Orchid Island includes full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions in Accounting, Administration, Facilities Maintenance, Food & Beverage Service, Food & Beverage Culinary, Golf Shop, Golf Maintenance, Housekeeping, Human Resource, and Tennis & Fitness.
Orchid recruits 45-55 seasonal team members to meet the increased operational needs during the months of November to May. We enjoy welcoming back many return seasonal team members each year.
